Key account manager Industry 
(Poland/Legnica/LSSE)


As a Key Account Manager in the Business Unit Industry, you will be part of an international KAM team focused on managing strategic relationships with key customers across our multiple brands. We engage directly with our customers, targeting manufacturers in two key sectors: those producing floor coverings, profiles, raised access floors and modular construction solutions, and manufacturers and operators                                 of transport and logistics vehicles.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Planning: Act as a strategy developer, providing in-depth customer analysis and identifying the opportunities and risks that are essential to setting strategic goals and execution plans for your key accounts.
Sales Performance & Monitoring:  Lead the growth and expansion of your strategic accounts across multiple markets and brands. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and account growth to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Relationship Management: Lead the sales effort as a consultative partner by understanding customer needs and fostering relationships at all levels of the customer's organisation and your own, ensuring a collaborative approach to key account management.
Project & Information Management: Act as a project manager and information broker for key accounts by managing tenders and customer-specific projects across multiple locations, ensuring seamless information flow and transparency between your organisation and the customer.
Market Analysis & Growth: Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends and targeting new sectors, while measuring the impact of your solutions on key accounts through metrics such as time savings and cost reductions.
Cross-Brand & Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment across all six Uzin Utz brands by working with internal teams to deliver unified solutions to key accounts.


Your Profile: 

  • A higher level of education, preferably in economics or a technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-level negotiations to enhance customer value.
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills.
  • Great enthusiasm and initiative that align with the high standards set by the current team.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) required.
  • Full driving licence.
